With lived experience and years of professional training and development as mental health counsellors, we hope to bring to you the knowledge you need to move forward with the humanity and compassion that is needed when starting your journey.
We believe hearing someone’s story is a privilege and we are willing to invest in you and with you to help you move forward.
We do things a bit different at Balanced Thoughts Counselling. From your first meeting with us until the end of your therapy journey, we approach our time together on a purely human level, working directly with the individual from a holistic approach. We believe it’s important for the therapist and client to work collaboratively, moving forward together and setting goals to overcome barriers along the way.
We promise you that while on this rollercoaster ride people sometimes call psychotherapy, we will be sitting in the seat right next to you. Right by your side, as we work together as a team to bring some balance back into your life.
